Nat Johnson, Wrigleys Solicitors LLP
Hello! I am a Partner in the Charities and Social Economy team at Wrigleys Solicitors LLP in Leeds. I have been involved in lots of CLA working parties, including most recently the technical issues in charity law and model documents working parties. I love the CLA’s collegiate approach and knowledge-sharing for the good of the sector, and I would like to continue the project to make CLA events more accessible for those outside London.
Reema Mathur, Stone King LLP
Reema is a partner in the Charity & Social Enterprise Team at Stone King. She has participated in several working parties during her time on the Executive Committee, and most recently chaired the working party which responded to the consultation on updating the Charity Governance Code. She has also co-chaired two CLA conferences. She really enjoys the collaborative nature of the Executive Committee and would welcome the chance to continue to contribute to its work.
Joshua Winfield, Radcliffe Chambers
Joshua is a barrister at Radcliffe Chambers (2001 call) who practises in charity and private client law, including all aspects of litigation, advisory work and drafting. In his first term on the Executive Committee, he chaired the working party on the Funding Code amendment consultation and a sub-committee to consider the wider implications of the CIFF (UK) judgment. He is a co-author of Spencer Bower on Reliance-based Estoppel (5th edition).
