The Charity Commission is recruiting for two key specialist posts in its Legal Services Directorate – Policy Lawyer and Litigation Lawyer
The Policy Lawyer would be closely involved in developing and assuring the legal integrity of the Commission’s regulatory policy. The Litigation Lawyer’s role would include managing and co-ordinating the Commission’s litigation in the Charity Tribunal and the Courts, developing litigation practice and procedure, and administering the Commission’s Decision Review process.
